Lead Quantitative Researcher​/Trader PnL Split | or Fully Remote

QNT Partners is hiring on behalf of a highly profitable, founder-led HFT firm offering a $300k base salary and 40% PnL split. Join a small, elite team with over $100m in proprietary capital to deploy, work directly with the founder and take real ownership of live strategies.

• Founded 7 years ago by a former options HFT market-making lead from a top-tier global trading firm
• Generates tens of millions of dollars in PnL every year
• Runs proprietary, ultra-low-latency market-making infrastructure
• A collaborative team of about 10, with a short path from research to production

You will work directly with the founder as a lead on either the research or the trading side.

• Research focus: drive ML-heavy alpha research on top of the firm’s HFT infrastructure, from idea to live deployment.
• Trading focus: run, monitor and scale live strategies, working closely with the research team to improve performance.

• A proven track record in HFT, market making or alpha research at a trading firm, hedge fund or prop shop
• Strong quantitative and statistical skills; experience applying ML to market data is a plus
• Strong programming ability in Python and/or C++
• An ownership mindset and the drive to build and scale strategies

• 40% PnL split
