Position: Renewable Energy Tax Credit Manager

Location: Remote (US)

We are working with a growing financial services platform seeking a Transaction Execution Manager to support its expanding tax credit business. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex transactions, work closely with senior stakeholders, and take ownership of the execution process within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

• Manage tax credit transactions from initial engagement through closing.
• Coordinate transaction due diligence, documentation, and execution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, legal counsel, and tax advisors.
• Identify and resolve transaction-related issues to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve transaction processes and operational efficiency.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in tax credit transactions, renewable energy finance, structured finance, or transaction advisory.
• Hands-on experience executing transactions involving federal clean energy tax credits.
• Understanding of tax credit transferability and related transaction processes.
• Experience coordinating due diligence, transaction documentation, and closings.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in financial services, advisory, renewable energy, or a related industry.
• Legal qualification is not required.
