Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop expertise across treasury, finance, fund reporting, and tax compliance through cross-training and hands-on experience.

Support day-to-day operations, including cash management, margin analysis, tax estimates, and compliance reporting.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement solutions leveraging AI tools and data systems.

Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers, such as prime brokers and accounting firms.

Lead or contribute to special projects and ad-hoc analyses within the finance team and across the firm.

Harness data to drive better decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to implement innovative trading strategies and operational improvements.

Maintain meticulous attention to detail in delivering high-quality work and ensuring compliance.

Finance Associate

Job Requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
2-4 years of professional experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or related domains.

Basic programming skills or experience with AI-assisted tools for workflow automation.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills to support data-driven decision-making.
