Remote Bilingual Account Resolution Advisor

Guide BMO customers through payment strategies and account resolution in a remote Ontario role requiring bilingual communication and sound analysis.

This Bilingual Account Specialist position focuses on delinquent and high-risk accounts within BMO’s Customer Shared Services group. You will investigate customer needs, recommend appropriate collections strategies, and execute approved procedures. You will also support documentation, escalations, referrals, and accurate transaction processing.

• Contact customers regarding applications and payment status
• Probe needs and recommend appropriate collections strategies
• Participate in loan modification and liquidation solutions
• Escalate complex or unresolved customer situations
• Identify referrals to other internal business groups

• Two to three years of relevant experience
• Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of BMO products and services
• Good organization and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of collections regulations and marketplace trends
