BCS Finance is partnering with a leading, private equity-backed home-based healthcare organization is seeking a Director of FP&A to support its rapidly growing Personal Care Services (PCS) division
. With more than $1B in company-wide revenue and a PCS division exceeding $500M, the organization offers an opportunity to join a growing platform undergoing significant expansion and M&A activity.
This newly created role will partner closely with senior finance and operational leadership to drive financial planning, business performance, and strategic decision-making across a large, multi-site services organization.
Current or very recent Personal Care Services (PCS) experience is a must-have for this opportunity. Candidates must have direct experience supporting the PCS business model; general home health or hospice experience alone will not be sufficient.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance initiatives for a large-scale PCS business.
- Build financial models from scratch to support business planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally with operational leaders to evaluate performance, identify trends, and drive profitability.
- Develop and enhance KPI reporting to provide visibility into financial and operational performance.
- Support financial consolidations and provide meaningful analysis to senior leadership.
- Partner with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) leadership to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and improve financial outcomes.
- Support ongoing business expansion, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, helping influence business decisions and drive results.
- Current or very recent Personal Care Services (PCS) experience
, ideally within the past 12 months. - Strong FP&A and operational finance background in healthcare services or a related operating environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models from scratch.
- Experience with financial consolidations, KPI reporting, and cross-functional business partnership.
- Experience working with, partnering with, or overseeing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Experience with in a private equity-backed organization.
- M&A, acquisition integration, or financial due diligence experience.
- Experience supporting a business with a $100M+ P&L.
- Familiarity with Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable financial planning and reporting tools.
