• Lead a five-person investor relations team, setting weekly priorities and coaching in real time.
• Run senior mandate calls and own the standard for introductions.
• Report directly to both founders and drive weekly results reviews.

• A leader of about five people who made them better.
• Investment background at a family office, VC, growth fund, investment bank, or capital raising.
• Knows how family offices decide and can run the call yourself.
