Join PRODEBTCO LLC as a Debt Settlement Sales Representative and play a vital role in helping clients regain their financial freedom. This exciting position in Frederick, MD offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while thriving in a supportive and dynamic environment. Estimated start date of 11/01/2026. Previous Debt Settlement Sales experience is required. This is a full time position, with a late shift of 2pm-11pm EST and Saturday 10am-3pm EST.

• Engage with potential clients to assess their financial situations and needs.
• Educate clients on debt settlement options and the benefits of our services.
• Develop tailored debt settlement plans that align with client goals.
• Negotiate with creditors to achieve favorable settlement terms.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting debt settlement.

• Proven experience in debt settlement sales specifically is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Knowledge of debt settlement regulations and best practices.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
