Accountant II, Enrollment Services - State; Partially remote – WFH

Position: Accountant II, Enrollment Services - State (Partially remote – 1 WFH day/week)
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 2 years of relevant finance work experience.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for monitoring and reconciling all institutional, federal, and state accounts monthly in accordance and compliance for Student Financial Services, including, preparing annual federal and state reports.

Job Duties:

Prepares major annual and monthly financial and miscellaneous reports. Maintains controlling records and subsidiary ledgers. Analyzes and reconciles accounts. Examines and verifies demands and vouchers. Makes bank reconciliation, checks financial statements and related schedules with the accounts. Adheres to internal controls established for department. Performs related duties as required.
