U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Acquisition Support & Systems Engineering Policy (CG-SID-9), Headquarters – Washington, DC. Work is primarily onsite at USCG HQ with a minimum of two (2) days onsite per week; onsite requirement may increase at Government discretion. All positions require the ability to obtain a favorable suitability decision.

If selected for a contingent employment offer, the applicant will be required to participate in one (1) in‑person presentation at U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters (USCG HQ) in Washington, DC, in support of our proposal submission to answer client questions individually and as a part of the team. This onsite presentation is mandatory for contingent hires and will be scheduled and coordinated in advance.

Provides SES-equivalent independent cross-functional review of draft solicitation packages for Surface domain.

• Participate in Government-led Red Team/Senior Review Team; review RFP packages for technical clarity, completeness, affordability, and risk.
• Document critical, substantive, and administrative comments; contribute to Solicitation Package Review Report and Out-brief.
• Provide industry-perspective Black Hat commentary as requested; support lessons learned and SOP improvement.

• Recognized expert (SES-equivalent or retired O-6/industry executive) in Surface acquisition programs.
• Demonstrated RFP review experience and ability to produce defendable documents.
• Strong briefing and writing skills; ability to withstand GAO/Congressional scrutiny.

• Onsite/Remote:
  As directed by COR per call order; surge resource usage.
• Clearance/Badging:
  As required by access level; NDA execution prior to performance.
