The ideal candidate will be proficient in using the Iworld/Northgate ICT system and possess a strong background in recovering debts, including Council Tax and Housing Benefit. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, conducting reconciliation processes, and ensuring adherence to the Council's Debt Recovery policy.
