Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Council is seeking a Housing Solutions Officer to work in Ipswich on a full-time basis. This role focuses on preventing homelessness by managing cases and providing expert advice, while fulfilling statutory duties. You will directly assist individuals facing housing crises and work closely with partner agencies.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of housing issues, make critical decisions regarding homelessness applications, and demonstrate experience with Welfare Benefits. Comprehensive benefits are included.
