Venn Group is seeking an experienced Housing Allocations Officer to join a Local Authority in the South West of England. You will play a critical role in delivering a customer-focused housing allocations service, helping applicants access social housing and related support.
Your responsibilities include assessing applications, providing guidance, and liaising with partners and vulnerable residents to ensure fair housing opportunities. This position lasts for 7-8 months with a mix of on-site and remote working arrangements.
