Advance regulatory compliance and advocacy as a Regulatory Affairs Manager with Moto Canada. This remote position focuses on oversight of vehicle safety and environmental standards.
In your role, you will function as the internal expert on regulatory frameworks and compliance risks affecting the powersports industry. Your collaboration with various teams and regulatory bodies will ensure that Moto Canada remains aligned with industry advancements and public policy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor regulatory developments in Canada and beyond
• Ensure compliance with vehicle safety and emissions regulations
• Oversee product certification and homologation processes
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams
• Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field like environmental science
• 5–10+ years’ experience in regulatory affairs
• Knowledge of global vehicle regulations
• Bilingual English/French communication proficiency
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
