Oxford City Council is looking for a Tenancy Investigation Officer to safeguard tenants’ rights and prevent homelessness. This hybrid role involves investigating tenancy disputes and ensuring compliance with housing legislation, working closely with various partners.
The ideal candidate must have strong investigative skills and legal knowledge regarding landlord and tenant law. You will engage in evidence gathering and provide expert advice to landlords and tenants while contributing to strategic housing initiatives.
