Adur- is seeking a Benefit Assessor for an 18-month fixed term contract in Worthing. This role includes assisting customers with Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims and communicating with them to ensure documentation is complete.
The successful candidate will have good IT skills, be numerate and literate, and possess customer service experience. A supportive work environment with flexible options and a generous leave entitlement is provided.
