Niyaa People is currently recruiting an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a Leicester-based housing association on an initial 2-month temporary contract. The role is predominantly remote with attendance at the Leicester office one day per week.
You will manage a caseload from initial report to resolution, investigate complaints, gather evidence and work with residents, authorities and partner agencies to progress cases in line with housing policies and legislation.
