About the role

Could you contribute to the delivery of vital services that support people and protect the Islands borders?

As an Administrative Officer within Passport, Immigration and Nationality, you will be at the centre of a customer facing service, supporting the efficient and accurate processing of passport, nationality and immigration activities. This role offers varied work, from processing applications and handling enquiries to supporting citizenship processes and maintaining secure records, all within a team committed to professionalism, integrity and respect.

With exposure across passport processing, nationality applications and immigration administration, there will also be opportunities to support immigration border duties at Isle of Man Ports. You’ll play a part in ensuring applications are processed in line with policy and legislation, supporting applicants through key life events while contributing to the effective operation of essential public services.
