About the Role
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Senior Beauty Consultant to join their esteemed beauty brand, operating remotely with a focus on clients in Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas. In this role, you will provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products, guiding clients through personalized recommendations and virtual consultations. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales through exceptional service, and staying abreast of the latest beauty trends and product innovations.

- Conduct virtual consultations to assess client beauty needs, skin types, and concerns.
- Provide expert recommendations on skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness products.
- Educate clients on product benefits, usage techniques, and personalized routines.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through exceptional customer service and consultation skills.
- Stay updated on beauty industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a beauty retail or consultancy role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Extensive knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products from various brands.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, particularly in a virtual environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency with online communication tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
