• Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients via video calls, email, and chat.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain detailed client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to provide expert advice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation and promotional campaigns to enhance online engagement.

• Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, Cosmetologist, or similar role, with a deep understanding of beauty products and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients virtually.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
