Outside Sales & Education Specialist

The Outside Sales & Education Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving product sales and brand expansion among professional salons and stylists. Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying new salon accounts, nurturing existing relationships, presenting product solutions, and following up on leads generated through marketing and education channels. The specialist collaborates closely with sales and education teams and ensures that salons receive timely support and resources.

This position requires regular digital communication, 80% travel for salon visits, events and education.

• Qualifications:
  
  Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the professional beauty or salon industry.
• Background in education, training, or technical demonstration, with the ability to teach stylists both in-person and online in a clear, engaging manner.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with salon owners and stylists.
• Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with video conferencing tools, CRM systems
  - Hub Spot, PBI, and basic Microsoft office software.
• Knowledge of hair extensions, salon services, or related beauty products is highly beneficial; prior stylist or salon experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to meet sales and training targets independently.
• Willingness to travel periodically for key accounts, events, and education sessions as business needs require.
• College graduate or equivalent professional experience preferred; additional education, cosmetology license, or industry certifications are an advantage.
