Remote BCBA Analyst

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our amazing clinical team and help provide exceptional in-home and telehealth ABA services to children and families across Maryland.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide supervision and support to RBTs and technicians

• Maintain strong communication with families and team members

• Ensure clinical documentation meets Crown ABA’s high standards of quality and compliance

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay range: $80–$95/hour, based on experience
