EPIC OPTIME​/ANESTHESIA Analyst

• Maintain EPIC Certification in OpTime and Anesthesia, ensuring it is current and compliant
• Execute hands‑on EPIC build and implementation tasks post‑certification
• Support system‑wide go‑live and optimization efforts, including readiness planning and build validation
• Develop comprehensive reference materials such as build guides and training documentation for various audiences
• Facilitate effective communication and project management throughout the implementation process

• Must possess EPIC Certification in OpTime and Anesthesia, valid for at least 3 years
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with EPIC build and implementation post‑certification
• Strong understanding of anesthesia workflows, including documentation and procedure coordination
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Proven project management abilities

• Experience with system‑wide go‑live efforts and post‑live stabilization
• Ability to create clear workflow diagrams and training documentation for both clinical and technical audiences
