- Own the territory plan: segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across independent OD/MD practices, multi‑location groups, and relevant accounts.
- Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics with disciplined CRM usage.
- Educate & influence: lead compliant in‑office data reviews, trainings, and lunch‑and‑learns with Eyecare professionals focused on patient selection, expected outcomes, safety, onset/duration, and practice workflow.
- Evidence‑driven practice integration: translate clinical evidence into simple practice behaviors, equip staff, and capture field insights.
- Support practice integration: position and drive adoption of out‑of‑pocket therapy, set expectations, and utilize starter resources and materials compliantly.
- Document customer feedback and insights and share with internal partners.
- Execute brand strategy and digital tools flawlessly; support regional/national meetings and POAs.
- Adhere to all compliance requirements, including adverse event reporting and HCP interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years documented success in sales; pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales experience is a plus.
- Eye‑care or contact lens sales preferred.
- Pharma launch experience preferred.
- Start‑up experience is a plus.
- Comfort with selling cash‑pay/elective therapies and discussing affordability with practices and patients.
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
- Entrepreneurial hunter; self‑motivated, proactive, thrives in launch environments, building territories from first script to scaled adoption.
- Fast technical learner; coachable, adapts quickly, uses feedback to improve.
- Evidence‑driven, solution‑oriented; comfortable with ambiguity and decisive under pressure.
- Accountable with integrity and transparency; owns outcomes and follow‑through.
- Business & territory acumen: analyses data to segment/prioritize, builds plans, advances territory goals.
- Communication & selling: clear, compliant, persuasive; active listener, data‑anchored discussions.
- Customer focus: aligns recommendations to patient selection, expected outcomes, safety, and workflow.
- Execution & results: acts with urgency, disciplined CRM habits, delivers top‑tier performance.

Base salary range: $120,000‑$160,000 USD annually. Final pay determined by experience and other factors.
Physical Requirements & ADA Statement- Travel to client sites; drive or use transportation like planes, trains, or taxis.
- Operate a computer and communicate effectively in a remote work environment.
- Engage in video or phone meetings, use standard office equipment.
