• Providing compassionate care and supporting residents' nutritional needs.
• Collaborating with clinical teams to develop personalized nutrition plans.
• Conducting assessments, charting in EMR, and participating in care meetings.
• Performing meal rounds, sanitation audits, and signing dietary menus.

• Registered Dietitian credential from the CDR or RDE with verification.
• State licensure as required by location.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability in a regulated environment.
