Overview
Clinical Supervisor, Multisystemic Therapy. We are looking for a dedicated and courageous leader with strong mental health clinical training to supervise and lead a team of 2-4 therapists in implementing Multisystemic Therapy (MST). Supervisory and leadership experience is preferred.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical and administrative supervision for therapists on the MST team, including adherence to MST principles and the MST analytic process.
- Lead, train and support MST team members via weekly group supervision and individual supervision as needed.
- Foster a collaborative team environment with on-call coverage and learning about community resources.
- Develop and maintain engagement with stakeholders both external to the community and within the provider organization.
- Promote the MST program in the community and generate referrals; manage referrals and clinician caseloads.
- Plan and problem-solve with MST Experts to guide effective MST implementation and ongoing quality improvement.
- Collaborate with MST Experts and provider leadership to support supervisory, leadership, and clinical development.
- Track and report data on clinical outcomes and program practices.
- Deliver MST treatment to a caseload of 1-2 families, if needed to address program and community needs.
- Master’s Degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
- Licensure as LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, or a provisional license with 2 years of full-time experience in a related field.
- Significant clinical experience in treating serious antisocial behavior in youth.
- Experience implementing interventions within or between systems affecting youth behavior (family, peer, school, neighborhood).
- Leadership experience (formal or informal) including hiring, performance evaluation, and accountability for supervises.
- Training and collaboration with outside agencies; direct use of pragmatic family therapies.
- Experience in individual therapy with adolescents and adults using cognitive behavioral techniques; marital therapy using behaviorally based approaches; behavioral therapy targeting school behavior and academic performance.
- Provision of group and individual clinical supervision.
- Partial remote work, mileage reimbursement, center-paid cell phone or stipend, and additional pay for on-call rotation.
- Employer-paid clinical supervision services for licensure seekers.

- Selected applicant must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to be insured under the agency’s insurance.
