We are hiring therapists from all walks of life, at all experience levels, from pre‑licensed clinicians to fully licensed therapists with board‑approved clinical supervision credentials. Our goal is simple: we do our best to take care of you, and you do yours to take care of your clients.

This is a hybrid role that requires at least 3 days in the office each week. Your hours will be discussed once you complete training and onboarding satisfactorily.

Minimum Requirements
  • LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor)
  • LSW (Licensed Social Worker)
  • LAMFT (Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist)
Desired Experience and Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university and licensure in your designated field
  • Preference for experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults
  • Preference for experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or school settings
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues; create and implement a treatment plan; complete ongoing documentation, including diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in the community
  • Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
