Physical Therapist, PT – Progressive Health of Indiana, LLC – Marion, IL

Are you a PRN Physical Therapist who has a passion for working in a multi-setting hospital? If you are, we are looking for you! This position does require a weekend rotation and has potential also pick-up during the week.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Developing and implementing an individualized treatment plan based on patient needs containing achievable functional goals by using therapeutic exercise and modalities, as necessary
• Reviewing available patient information, evaluating the impact of the assessment, and communicating of the treatment process
• Revising treatment plans, as needed, throughout the treatment process for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint, and/or bone diseases
• Establishing and instructing patient and/or family/caregiver in exercises and therapeutic procedures to be continued following discharge
• Delegating tasks and supervising physical therapist assistants (PTA) and rehabilitation technicians
• Completing appropriate documentation according to Company/department policies and procedures along with adhering to federal and state regulations

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist specific to the State of Illinois
• A Bachelor's or higher in Physical Therapy
• Current CPR certification

Pay range - $40 - $65/hour. PRN positions do not include bonuses or benefits.

Eligibility to Work:

This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT, etc.).
