Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Provides individual counseling for your assigned caseload.

Options to provide family and couples counseling pending clinician's preference.

Support clients in developing and reaching treatment goals.

Work collaboratively with the internal treatment team.

Collaborate with outside collaterals as needed.

Make referrals to outside agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

Must have a Master’s degree in social work, clinical mental health, marriage and family counseling or a related field (as defined by Massachusetts licensing requirements).

Must be license eligible for LMHC, LICSW or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
