RN Home Health Visit Nurse

Overview

Star Light Home Health is seeking an RN to conduct home health visits to our Medicare and Veteran patients. Home Health Medicare experience and knowledge of the Oasis admission is a plus. We have part time and PRN positions available depending your availability. We are looking for an RN to manage their caseload in Montrose, CO. We also have need for an RN for Ouray, Ridgway, Delta and Cedaredge.

If you are willing to travel or if you would like a designated territory, we can assign patients to you in your specific area.

• Conduct home health visits to Medicare and Veteran patients.
• Manage your caseload in designated territories (Montrose, CO; Ouray, Ridgway, Delta, Cedaredge) and travel as needed.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure great patient outcomes.
• Possibly build a full-time caseload based on willingness to travel.
• Encourage applications and engage with the team to maintain a strong workplace culture.

• RN with 2 years experience as an RN
• RN Active License in Colorado in good standing
• CPR
• Hands-on experience as a Nurse with an ER background or ICU background is helpful

We pay hourly for all training, orientation and meetings and a generous visit rate that includes travel time and mileage. Depending on the type of visit the range is $90 to $200 per visit. We also pay a surcharge for out of area if you travel outside your designated territory.

We can build you a full-time caseload if desired depending on your willingness to travel. We need committed staff to treat our patients at home for great outcomes.
