Salary/Hourly Rate: $60,000-$90,000 (plus bonus)

Advanced Counseling Associates is a client-centered, inclusive mental health practice dedicated to supporting individuals (adults, children, and adolescents), couples, and families through one-on-one counseling. Position Summary:

We are seeking bright, compassionate, and inspiring BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) LMFT’s, LMSW’s, LMHC’s, and/or LCSW’s to provide individual and couple therapy. The ideal candidate is warm, skilled, and passionate about supporting clients and couples through their challenging times in order to help them achieve their greatest potential. We are looking for a candidate who is able to work from our Bay Shore, NY office at least one day per week.

Key responsibilities:

Provide counseling to individuals and/or couples.

Conduct intake assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans aligned with clients’ goals.

Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation, maintaining HIPAA compliance in accordance with NYS Office of Mental Health

Attend occasional staff meetings

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Master’s degree or higher in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy.

Active LMFT, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW license in the state of New York. We accept limited permit clinicians.

Must be able to offer full 45 minute-1 hour sessions in Spanish

Must have experience as a LMFT, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW
