Summary:

Astro ABA is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans

  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new treatment programs

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

  • Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches in the field of ABA

Requirements:

  • Missouri BCBA License required.

  • Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
