Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified independently licensed therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) therapy team in Moses Lake, Washington, for a part‑time opportunity. Whether you join as a W2 employee or an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and caseload.
Behavioral Health Solutions specializes in comprehensive behavioral health services for residents in skilled nursing facilities. We encourage a collaborative culture with hands‑on leadership and strive to provide state‑of‑the‑art mental health services to patients in Washington.
Responsibilities- Complete diagnostic evaluations, diagnoses, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person in SNF and remotely using company‑provided Telehealth software.
- Complete documentation in a timely fashion in our EMR (Athena I).
- Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Part‑time W2 and Independent Contractor opportunities available.
- Onsite, remote, and hybrid available.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible field and Washington licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
- NPI (National Provider Identifier).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare (plus).
- Up‑to‑date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions (as required by facilities).
- TB test.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent written communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, organized, and able to function under stressful situations.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Billable hourly model; W2 or 1099 available.
- Salary range $45,000 – $100,000 depending on experience and licensure.
