- Provide home-based ABA Therapy to children with autism in the Spokane area.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs).
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Holds a current license from WA State as an LBA.
- Certified as a BCBA.
- Strong work ethic with patience and resilience.
- Passionate about helping children.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Reliable transportation.
- A current license as an LBA in WA.
- A current certification as a BCBA.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Experience in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA Therapy, Autism, Education, Precision Teaching, Clinical Direction, Management of others.
