Mental Health Counselor - LPC​/LMFT​/LCSW Remote​/Hybrid

Position: Mental Health Counselor - LPC/LMFT/LCSW (40 - 32 hours per week) (Remote/Hybrid)
The Marriage and Family Therapist provides evaluation, assessment, and treatment to patients in the form of individual, marital, family, and group therapy as well as triage, crisis intervention, diagnosis, education, and discharge of patients.  The Marriage and Family Therapist provides these services according to the philosophy and practice objectives established by Marshfield Clinic and the department, which reflect a commitment to customer focus, people orientation, system integration, and financial stability.  

This position works with providers, professionals, and agencies to ensure continuity of care through clear, appropriate, and timely communication.
** EDUCATION*
* * Education qualifications must be from a school whose accreditation is recognized by Marshfield Clinic Health System.
* ** Minimum Required**:
Master’s or doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy or master’s or doctoral degree in a field with coursework substantially equivalent to marriage and family therapy.
** Minimum

Required:

** Experience working with patients of all age ranges that have a range of mental health problems and diagnoses.  Experience completing thorough intake assessments and making diagnoses.  Experience providing ongoing treatment which addresses problems.  

Experience with individual, couple, family and group treatment.
Experience identifying and understanding the psycho dynamics of individuals. Experience working in a team environment. Experience completing thorough documentation in a timely manner.

Positions listed as 30 hours per week or greater are offered the level 1 benefit package.

Positions listed as 20 – 29 hours per week are offered the level 2 benefit package.

Positions listed as less than 19 hours per week are non-benefited.
