Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy for clients with anxiety, trauma, and related concerns.
• Complete intakes/assessments, treatment plans, and goal-focused, integrative interventions.
• Maintain timely, accurate, compliant documentation in our EHR.
• Participate in required supervision and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality, culturally responsive care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or closely related mental health field (eligible for NYS MHC-LP).
• Commitment to holistic, trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice.
• Strong clinical writing and organization; comfort with EHR workflows and remote care.
• Reliable, private, HIPAA-appropriate workspace and professional communication skills.
• Consistent weekly availability (evenings/weekends as needed).

Supervision & Pathway

You will practice under NY-approved supervision with clear competencies, regular feedback, and case consultation to support development toward licensure.
