Role Overview
We are looking for qualified and compassionate Psychologists to join our global provider network. In this freelance, flexible role, you will offer online counseling sessions to individuals and corporate clients through video calls, chats, and phone consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based online counseling and therapy sessions.
- Support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, workplace concerns, and general mental health challenges.
- Maintain ethical standards of practice, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
- Use our secure platform to manage appointments, notes, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with our care team for client progress and wellness planning when needed.
- Flexible scheduling: Set your own hours and availability.
- Global client base: Work with diverse clients from multiple countries.

Position Requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid license/registration to practice (as per country regulations).
- 1+ year of clinical experience preferred (freshers with training may be considered).
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
- Ability to conduct online sessions (stable internet, quiet workspace).
