• Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and ongoing support to RBTs
• Conduct assessments and update goals as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance

• Full‑time (30 hrs/week) or part‑time available
• Flexible scheduling
• 100% remote position

• Active BCBA certification
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Virginia
  , or eligibility to obtain LBA before starting
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA programming
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Passion for improving children’s lives
