Position OverviewWe’re seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Lake County team. This role offers partially remote flexibility—balancing remote clinical responsibilities with in-person sessions, team collaboration, and client observations.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional assessments, and ongoing progress evaluations.
- Develop and update individualized, evidence-based treatment plans informed by assessment of findings, client needs, and family goals.
- Provide direct clinical oversight, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians to ensure effective and ethical service delivery.
- Model and train best-practice ABA procedures, including prompting, reinforcement, data collection, and behavior-reduction strategies.
- Analyze client data regularly, identify trends, create data-driven updates, and ensure meaningful progress toward goals.
- Deliver structured parent/caregiver training to promote generalization, support family confidence, and improve outcomes across environments.
- Collaborate with families, school teams, and multidisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care and reinforcement of therapeutic objectives.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in alignment with BACB standards, Medicaid/insurance requirements, and internal policies.
- Participate actively in team meetings, clinical case reviews, and professional development, contributing to a culture of learning and excellence.
- Support a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team environment, modeling professionalism, empathy, and mission-driven work.
- Active BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB).
- Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience conducting assessments and supervising RBTs preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model (remote + in-person visits in Kenosha).
- Reliable transportation for local client sessions and team meetings.
- Competitive salary: $75,000–$100,000 based on experience.
