As a licensed Remote Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist, you’ll deliver transformative, evidence-based virtual therapy to individuals seeking real change. Brightside Health is a tech-enabled healthcare company transforming remote mental health care through evidence-based programs and a full continuum of services, including general therapy, suicide prevention care, and SUD IOP. We are seeking passionate, licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists and Psychologists to deliver high-quality telehealth care within our general mental health program. In addition to general care, therapists have the opportunity to opt into specialized programs, including our Suicide Prevention Program, Teen Program, and our upcoming Mental Health IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program). • Deliver weekly evidence-based virtual therapy sessions via live video
• Apply the Unified Protocol (UP) framework and CBT to guide treatment

Monitor client progress virtually through automated assessments and goal-based measures
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists for comprehensive care

• Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Minimum 1 year of independent licensure (2+ state licenses a big plus)
• 2+ years of recent experience delivering CBT and evidence-based therapy to adults
• Comfortable treating a diverse range of populations and mental health conditions
• Tech‑savvy and enthusiastic about integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
• Experience working with higher-risk populations and/or adolescents preferred
