🧠 What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence‑based and creative interventions
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners
• Maintain approximately 25 client hours per week for full‑time status
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMHC, LMFT)
• Active clinical license or on the path to licensure (supervision available as capacity allows)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfort working with diverse populations
• Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• A genuine passion for helping people heal and thrive
