Join Lighthouse ABA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina. We are a specialized agency dedicated to providing high‑quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with autism. Our mission is to empower children and families through evidence‑based interventions that promote skill development, independence, and improved communication.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and write reports summarizing results
• Develop positive behavior support plans
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans
• Assist staff with day‑to‑day training for targeted behavioral needs and implementation of behavior support plans
• Train staff in strategies to prevent target behaviors and de‑escalation techniques
• Provide ongoing data monitoring and adjust programming as needed

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related program
• BCBA certification (required)
• North Carolina Behavior Analyst licensure (required or eligible)
• At least one year of post‑BCBA certification work experience
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Spanish‑speaking a plus

• Apply ABA principles to influence socially important behavior
• Use a team‑based approach to reduce problem behavior
• Serve individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
• Cultivate a collaborative team environment to facilitate behavior change
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Multi‑task efficiently

Salary: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k) and paid time off.

North Carolina (Winston‑Salem area); opportunities for in‑person and remote work.
