Total Compensation

• $87,000–$95,000 base salary plus monthly bonus initiatives.
• Hybrid‑remote work opportunities with schedule flexibility and autonomy.
• Career path: BCBA → Senior BCBA → Lead BCBA → Area Director.
• In‑house CEUs.
• Billable hour requirements:
  Full‑time salaried BCBAs 30 hours; part‑time BCBAs 75% of worked hours.
• Case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2–18.
• Parent training, intake & assessments, collaboration with clinicians and directors, mentorship for RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master’s degree.
• Strong emphasis on integrity, ethics, passion for client success, and leadership skills.

Salary: $85,000 – $97,000 USD.
