RoleRole: BCBA and Case Supervisor
Apollo Behavior is looking for BCBAs for our center-focused applied behavior analysis services at our center in Dacula. This is an opportunity to work with excellent clinicians, be part of a collaborative culture, and maintain an ethical caseload and work-life balance.
Your typical day might include- Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for staff and clients
- Collaborating with parents or other caregivers to ensure long-term client progress
- Developing and leading other team members
- Learning about and implementing innovative ABA methods, such as Relational Frame Theory / RFT
- Attending trainings or conferences (GABA or other)
- You are a leader who has passion and vision
- You value developing your clinical and managerial skills with mentorship from leading minds in the ABA field
- You are an excellent clinician, a great manager, and a collaborator with client caretakers
- You love to see the impact of your work on clients’ lives
- You enjoy leading and developing other clinicians to help clients reach their full potential
- You can be an evangelist to employees, parents, referral sources, and the ABA community
- Billables starting at 20 hours per week
- Relocation reimbursement assistance
- $1,500 CEU and travel reimbursement, plus three additional paid CEU days
- 19 paid days off per year, including 9 paid holidays
