Base salaries: $90,000–$100,000; based on experience

Role: BCBA and Case Supervisor

Apollo Behavior is looking for BCBAs for our center-focused applied behavior analysis services at our center in Dacula. This is an opportunity to work with excellent clinicians, be part of a collaborative culture, and maintain an ethical caseload and work-life balance.

• Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for staff and clients
• Collaborating with parents or other caregivers to ensure long-term client progress
• Developing and leading other team members
• Learning about and implementing innovative ABA methods, such as Relational Frame Theory / RFT
• Attending trainings or conferences (GABA or other)

• You value developing your clinical and managerial skills with mentorship from leading minds in the ABA field
• You are an excellent clinician, a great manager, and a collaborator with client caretakers
• You love to see the impact of your work on clients’ lives
• You enjoy leading and developing other clinicians to help clients reach their full potential
• You can be an evangelist to employees, parents, referral sources, and the ABA community
• Billables starting at 20 hours per week

• $1,500 CEU and travel reimbursement, plus three additional paid CEU days
