Opti Mind Health  (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to join our team and work remotely from any location. OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado and operates a supportive outpatient environment. The psychotherapist will participate in OMH’s integrated care team model, collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other licensed mental health professionals to deliver coordinated care.

Clinicians have the autonomy to determine frequency and length of sessions. Treatments include individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.

• Clinicians typically work between Mondays – Fridays, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Focus on patient care without on‑call responsibilities; back‑office support handles billing, collections, and credentialing.

OMH offers growth opportunities, including senior psychotherapist and site supervisor roles. Our site supervisors are geographically dispersed to support clinicians across regions.

Completion of an accredited program and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in New York is required, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
