We’re hiring both Full and Part Time Pediatric Occupational Therapists to provide home-based early intervention services in Crown Point, IN and nearby communities. You’ll help families fine motor and sensory-based foundations during the most critical years of a child’s development—all while enjoying the balance, support, and professional growth you crave.

• Early Intervention Focus – Deliver therapy in the natural environment, supporting children ages 0–3 during the most important stage of their development.
• Family-Centered Approach – Coach and empower parents and caregivers as active partners in their child’s progress.
• Efficient Documentation – Complete notes during your sessions and workday—never after hours.
• Predictable Scheduling that You Control – Maintain a steady caseload without late nights or required weekend catch-ups.
• Collaborative Team Culture – Work alongside SLPs, PTs, DTs, and ABA professionals in a supportive, multidisciplinary organization.
• Therapist-Led Leadership – Be backed by leaders who understand the unique demands of pediatric home health.

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3).
• Provide engaging, play‑based, and evidence‑based occupational therapy in natural environments (home/community).
• Coach families on integrating communication strategies into everyday routines.
• Complete accurate, real‑time documentation to minimize administrative burden.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to support whole‑child development.

• Active Indiana OT License.
• Pediatric experience preferred—especially with infants and toddlers (new grads encouraged to apply—you’ll be coached).
• Strong family coaching, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A deep passion for helping young children achieve developmental milestones.
