Job Summary
York is hiring a number of senior healthcare analysts for a 12+ month project. The client sits in Eagan, MN and is a hybrid model. Must be in the office 2-3 days per week.
The position involves transferring data. Candidate needs to be able to read data models. Candidate will be reviewing all the systems and finding data, leading report and should be able to say what data needs to be moved and if systems move, how to remap the new system. This is a functional role; not technical.
Type: contract; contract to hire is preferred. Pay rate $55 - $60 w2. One and done interview with client.
DetailsMust have significant working on or supporting key Healthcare Payer operational processes, such as:
- Enrollment
- Claims
- Provider data
- Billing
Must be directly involved with the operational side of the business.
ResponsibilitiesThey must understand how these requirements apply to Healthcare Payer operations.
They should be able to trace the data across different domains and ask the right questions to identify the involved data areas (e.g., enrollment, claims) and current source systems.
They should be able to trace data back to current source systems, databases, and repositories.
Work closely with SMEs from legacy systems to ensure no systems or data repositories are overlooked.
Once these discovery tasks are completed, they can move on to more traditional tasks like Source-Target Mapping and supporting ETL processes.
