The EP Fellows Training Manager will develop a localized educational strategy and implement/support training programs to provide Rhythm Solutions product and therapy education for EP Fellows within the Central Region, including AFib Solutions (AFS) and Cardiac Rhythm Management & Diagnostics (CRMDx) portfolios. The manager will identify and engage HCPs through collaborative partnerships to enhance educational initiatives, advance the safe & effective use of our therapies, and advise Boston Scientific on matters of strategic importance.
Responsibilities- Assess and analyze HCP requirements and training needs for Fellows in the local geographical market.
- Align organizational objectives and initiatives with those of each Fellows academic program.
- Coordinate educational content and training aligned to franchise priorities, through participation in local in-service presentations, hands‑on skills training, conference workshops, Boston Scientific‑hosted programs, and third‑party grant‑supported programs with a hands‑on skills training component.
- Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs), including emerging leaders, expert speakers, and well‑known academicians, to deliver the defined curriculum and provide technical and clinical insights with real‑world applications.
- Develop the approach, scope, and methodology of training to maximize impact by determining the target audience, time, location requirements, and other applicable factors.
- Assist with and support in‑person and virtual national EP Fellows programs across the AFS & CRMDx portfolio.
- Conduct post‑program evaluations of content and faculty, remain aware of changes that may impact training requirements, and implement changes/improvements to training protocols and materials accordingly.
- Develop relationships with HCPs and AFS & CRMDx field personnel, including the Fellow Advisors, through scheduled meetings and other interactions.
- Effectively execute educational activities of major significance to the organization and represent Boston Scientific Professional Education as the local point of contact for EP Fellows Education.
- Effectively align with the internal Professional Education stakeholders and understand the interdependencies across the functional teams.
- Minimum of 3+ years of field sales/clinical experience in Electrophysiology.
- Experience working with academic institutions with Fellows programs.
- Strong understanding of electrophysiology principles, procedures, and current technologies.
- Appetite for continuous innovation and learning.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with physician customers and sales teams.
- Works independently, receiving guidance on complex and unprecedented problems.
- Strong communicator and collaborator.
- Ability to develop new processes and adjust practices as needed to meet business or team needs.
- Ability to travel up to 75% and work from a remote home office.
- Background in nursing, biomedical, or related field.
- Previous experience supporting systematic training in a field/lab‑based setting.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; detail‑oriented and methodical.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to lift and transport supplies and equipment.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see – will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non‑exempt (hourly), non‑sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
