Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) - Murfreesboro, TN (Remote)
Full‑time position in Murfreesboro, TN – remote work available from any location. Salary $125k–$145k per year.
OverviewOpti Mind Health (OMH) is a clinician‑led behavioral health company expanding its outpatient services across Massachusetts and Colorado. ResponsibilitiesThe Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC) will:
- Participate in OMH’s integrated care team model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and licensed mental‑health professionals.
- Provide medication management and individual psychotherapy to patients, and offer family therapy, group therapy, or psychological testing as appropriate.
- Determine individual patient schedules and treatment durations, ensuring high‑quality, coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and facilitate billing, collections, credentialing, and other administrative tasks with support from the back‑office team.
- Work independently in a remote setting with minimal on‑call duties.
- Represent OMH and adhere to all professional and ethical standards.
Clinicians typically work Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, building custom schedules to achieve a healthy work‑life balance. No additional on‑call responsibilities.

Licensure, Education & ExperienceRequired:
- Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Colorado and/or Massachusetts.
- Proven experience treating patients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments under supervision of a consulting psychiatrist.
- Successful completion of the PMHNP‑BC exam (preferred).
- New graduates are welcome.
