Clinicians have the autonomy to determine how often they see patients and the appropriate length of time spent with each patient. Individual psychotherapy is common, but clinicians also perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.

Pick your own schedule! Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules with the perfect work/life balance. Clinicians work between Monday – Friday, typically 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Focus on patient care without the hassle or additional on‑call responsibilities. Our back‑office support team handles billing, collections, credentialing, etc. Once you leave the office for the day, your time is yours.

OMH is a growing, clinician‑led company. Our site supervisors are geographically dispersed throughout the areas we work in to provide leadership and advancement opportunities to become senior psychotherapists and/or site supervisors.

Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Indiana is required, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
