• Answer phones and handle calls professionally and promptly
• Schedule patient examinations in accordance with company policy
• Ensure accurate collection and recording of personal, financial, and insurance information
• Communicate scheduling changes to technologists to optimize patient satisfaction
• Pre-certify exams with insurance companies as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing
• Ability to manage a multi-level phone system with a high volume of calls

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and previous clinical business office experience
• Bilingual proficiency
